As the creator of this project, I handled the complete design and development lifecycle. This included designing an intuitive interface for managing competitor tracking across multiple projects, implementing automated data scraping capabilities, and integrating AI-powered analysis features to transform raw competitor data into actionable business insights.

I defined the product vision and feature set, focusing on solving the time-intensive challenge of manual competitor research. This involved identifying key user needs across different audiences (product teams, founders, investors) and creating a platform that serves multiple use cases while maintaining simplicity and ease of use.

It successfully automates the entire competitor tracking workflow, saving significant research time while providing deeper insights than manual analysis. The platform features automated data scraping that continuously collects competitor information, an AI analyst that answers natural questions about competitive positioning, and clear dashboards that transform complex data into actionable reports.
